You will immerse yourself in the magic of nature as you search for and uncover these precious truffles, working closely with the Lagotto dog and bringing them to light with your own hands. It will be an engaging and unforgettable experience, filled with fun and surprises!
But that's not all! After the truffle hunt, if you wish, you will have the opportunity to indulge in a tasting of freshly harvested truffles, accompanied by a glass of excellent Umbrian wine.
The scheduled time for the experience can be flexible according to your needs. And if you want to keep an indelible memory of this adventure, you can request photos and videos of your experience to relive it again and again.

Wonderful experience if you want something local and unique. You do need to be relatively fit to hike along the path with the dog. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a truly memorable activity in Umbria!

Very informative and great tour guides, who were able to answer any truffle question we had! I would recommend especially since Assisi itself is a great view from afar. We were able to hunt truffles with Bardo, who is sweet well-trained dog! At the end, they gave us truffles and let us take nice photos!

In the truffle hunting world I could have never imagined such a dedicated, sensible, honest, professional and formative experience. The guys are young but experienced and eager to teach us in details everything from the biology of the topic to the cultural heritage. They are young and brilliant, the views are breathtaking, the dog, Barto, a professional little good boy, extremely skilled and sweet.
Me and my husband came in the latest season for finding truffles, so even if we didn’t find many (we still thought it was a lot! Considering how hard it is to find them!) we couldn’t be happier with the experience, it’s in the nature of the hunting.
Overall, compared to other similar experiences this was the absolute best. Worth every penny!
We will cherish the memory of this day forever.
We will probably come back and do this again on our next trip to Umbria!

Barto, the Lagotto, and I immediately bonded, perhaps because my son has a Lagotto from Arezzo. We found truffles in about 6 locations. I enjoyed gettingbthe chance to carefully dig them out. Truffle hunting with a Lagotto is something I always wanted to do, so i will ever forget our adventure. Jena taught me something about truffles too.

Barto the truffle hunting dog was awesome. We hiked through a forest, crossed creeks, over rocks and up and down hills. This was not a tour for people having a problem walking and hiking up and down hills We had fun and the town of Assisi is a definite plus.

I just want to say, that this was absolutely amazing adventure and the best great experience in Assisi nature. I was with my son spending high quality time with so well trained and behaved dog Barto searching for truffles in wonderful nature. Twice! Highly recommend for everyone.
