Way over priced. It was about a 100.00 each more than we needed to pay. The ride out to the tour was scary and fast and dusty and hot. There weren't enough seats either. We liked our tour guide. Toby was informative and gave interesting information about his Indian heritage, sad as it was.

My experience at Upper Antelope Canyon was a 5/5. The hike was albeit short but the views were gorgeous. We went at optimum time of the day so we had light shining into the canyon. Our guide was nice. We did go at peak season so there were a lot of people. However, do NOT get your tickets through Viator. I found out we paid 2-3 times what everyone else paid. PAY DIRECTLY TO THE TOUR GUIDE COMPANIES WEBSITES. I felt cheated and duped out of my money. I paid almost $700 for three people when everyone else there only paid at most $100-120 per person. Though on avg the ticket is $95 per person. I repeat, DO NOT GET YOUR TICKETS FROM VIATOR

While I paid twice the original price through Viator due to the tour company being sold out, the actual experience fell short. Despite the remarkable pictures, the overcrowding and focus on photography left me feeling like I had paid solely for photo opportunities rather than a fulfilling tour.

This tour is over price. The actual ticket price for entrance is only 100$, better to walk-in or booked directly. So disappointed.

The Upper Antelope Canyon experience was incredible and well done. However, the price charged by Viator was double what I could have paid by going direct to the vendor. This is exorbitant. In addition, the website said that the tour was using Navajo time instead of Arizona time. (Navajo time recognizes daylight savings time while Arizona does not.) This meant that we intended to get to the destination 45 minutes before the tour time, but instead we arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes ahead of the tour time. This was not helpful.

Loved Upper Antelope canyon more so than Lower Antelope canyon (altho Lady in the Wind was impressive). So many more beautiful formations and our guide Kyle was excellent.
