When an off-strip Vegas 2:00 a.m. buffet mates with a preschool lunchroom, this is the sad stillborn outcome. If only we could describe the food as uninspired that would be a win. It was barely edible with the options exceedingly limited and incoherently selected. The restrooms made us nostalgic for the actual airport options that had actually been serviced in the prior two hours. Clanking plates, sterile decor, and garish lighting only enhanced the ambiance. We kept waiting for John Wick to take us out. For those seeking the Amex centurion lounge experience, prepare to fall on your sword. And be grateful.

Hi what a bad experience, don't waste your money, not much choice of food. Small partion separating you from part of airport. Had to go out and use toilets down the corridor. Very few comfortable chairs, no showers...terrible

Arrived approximately 18:00 pm on April 7. Lounge at departures C area.Four of us. Lounge was open until 20:30. Very very little hiot food. Very little booze selection. Up charge for Clamato juice. Desert was store bought mini cupcakes, sprinkles and all. People continued to arrive behind us, all commenting on the lack of food. What a disappointment and $60 per person…

So, this was the worst experience ever. Had bought 4 tickets ( $240) to relax while 4 hr lay over in Vancouver. Apparently I should have read the reviews first. All the negative reviews , which are most of them are all believable. Our experience was just as terrible. Food was horrible , and very little of it
I reached out to management with our concerns asking to fix the problem. There only come back response was they will try harder to do better. Management made it very clear they will not compensate our bad experience and hope to see us again.
Do not go to this plaza! Food is terrible and booze is cheap

Terrible! And I'm pretty easy to please. If you're diabetic or Keto, there's very little for you. It's all high carb except the mixed veggies. And their idea of a salad is lettuce. Just lettuce. No tomato. No cucumber. No anything. I was hoping the wine would make up for the crappy food. But no. The wine is probably the cheapest hooch they could get. We could barely choke it down. Maybe they're worried if it's good people may indulge too much. But for the price they charge!!! Next time they would have to pay me. But there won't be a next time.

There was one super friendly staff member who made the experience tolerable. The lounge is under construction. It is currently set up with a few food choices and some comfortable seating.

Under remolding, no restroom. We paid for 6 hours. So we saw the breakfast and lunch, the food is not worth the half the price we paid. Breakfast scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal. The lunch was chicken, chicken and chicken. People working there are nice. But I don’t think I will come back

Cafeteria feel, with a dash of McDonalds, and a bit of a kids daycare drop off. OMG. Just don’t.
Watered down drinks, mediocre food, uncomfortable seats, and staff that are clearly trying, but overworked, and understaffed. The international side, and even the domestic, are (mostly) amazing, but I would never again use the US ‘Premium’ Plaza Lounge (misnomer at best). Find yourself a good chain restaurant, or bar lounge, and save your time and frustration, and you will save the heartache. If I could have e given it zero stars, I would have. Two very big thumbs down 🫤
