I’m extremely disappointed with the service. It was bad enough that I paid £504 for me and my daughter to do the seaplane trip. We were informed to late that the trip was not going ahead. Wasted the morning flying over to Victoria. To be told I was getting boat trip refunded. Then I was told I was getting full refund for the whole trip as they should have been informed earlier. I waited weeks for the refund and now to be only given £142 dollars hasn’t even covered the cost of having to rebook another boat trip in Vancouver. These trips were booked well in advance. I certainly will be thinking twice about using Viator again.

There were no results for I booked a two tickets and did a mistake on my booking dates! called them within 10 mintues and they asked me to pay £300 to change the date or to pay £150 to cancel the booking ! it"s unfair when you call in less then 10 mintes to correct a mistake

We saw many humpback whales, sealing, seals, and even a couple bald eagles. It was a super clear day and the views were stunning. We even saw a Grey Whale which from what I heard is more rare.

Excellent experience.
Recommend the covered boat for children.
Bring meds for motion sickness. Crew was so kind while we were sick. They were knowledgeable and answered all the wildlife questions. Scenery was beautiful and the tour educational. We loved it. The staff on the phone helped reschedule and were very accommodating.

We had an amazing day on the seaplane to Victoria/whale watching tour. The welcome at the terminal was warm and friendly and the flight took off on time and was super smooth. The whale watching tour was fantastic - the crew were very informative (Griffin and Jordan) - they really made the trip! And we were fortunate enough to see 2 Orcas. A great day had by all.

Absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended. We took a seaplane from
Downtown Vancouver to Victoria and back again on the last flight.
We had part of the day to go around Victoria (although we didn’t get time to go to the gardens) we then went for a 3 hour whale watching experience with Edward the legend, knowledgable fun and make the trip so exciting - we saw killer whales and hump back whales.
Bucket list stuff ✅

The sea plane was such fun and seeing humpbacks so close was awesome.
Many thanks to our very skilled skipper who made us feel safe. I loved how respectful he was of the animals as well as being so knowledgeable.
