The Shweeb
Race against the clock as you pedal your way around the course, suspended in a pod hanging from a monorail line. With seven gears and the potential to reach speeds of up to 28 mph (45 kph) with 60-degree swings on the bends, it’s just like riding a bike – with a difference! You must be at least 3.6 feet (1.1 meters) tall to ride the Shweeb.
Freefall Xtreme
Defy gravity as you float above a giant column of air as your flight master guides you to heights of up to 13 feet (4 meters).You’ll literally be blown away by the experience! This truly is a hair-raising adventure; it feels like skydiving, but without a parachute. Minimum weight requirement is 55 pounds (25 kg).
Rotorua Bungy
Your pulse will quicken and you will soon forget about the scenery. Feel the tug of the bungy cord as you prepare to take the original leap of faith, from a platform 141 feet (43 meters) high.You need to be at least 10 years of age (legal age limit in NZ) and weigh more than 77 pounds (35 kg). Children 15 years and under must have parental or guardian consent.
Swoop
Feel like a superhero as you fly through the air, reaching speeds of up to 80 mph (130 kph) and pulling 3Gs. Your heart will thump loudly as you are lifted 131 feet (40 meters) into the air, suspended from a cable. With the tug of a rip cord, you plunge head-first towards the ground before swinging upwards. Minimum height requirement is 3 feet (1 meter).
Agrojet
Buckle up and hold on tight for heart-racing laps on a jet boat through a 0.62 mile (1 km) sprint course. Reaching speeds of up to 62 mph (100 kph), you’ll feel the wind rush past you and G-forces pulling as the boat twists and turns around the purpose-built obstacle course, finishing with the famous 360-degree Hamilton Jet Spin. Minimum height requirement 2.95 feet (0.9 meters) two passengers per jet boat.

Had an amazing time. We really loved the schweeb ride. So cool and fun. Staff was extremely helpful. Had to email them about the photos. They sent them through email quickly. Would do it again.

My son and I did the agrojet and swoop then my son did vertigo. We had so much fun, definitely 10 out of 10 for us. The staff were amazing, super friendly and great sense of humours. Thanks guys.

I tried the vertigo, schweeb and agrojet, all of which are quite unique experiences that I enjoyed. The schweeb in particular brought out some unexpected competitiveness in me and if I'd had more time I would have for sure spent more time trying to break the record 1.03. I went on a weekday which I recommend if you can because I had limited wait time. All of the staff I dealt with were excellent and did their best to reassure me before I plummeted from vertigo. It is quite an expensive set of activities but there's a lot to do in the one place, and it's close to other interesting activities like the agrodome, wingspan and paradise spring valley wildlife park. Worth saving your money for.

This was a great adrenaline experience and something for each member of the family. All 4 of us did the Freefall Fly, 2 did the Swoop and 2 did the Schweeb. Staff was friendly and helpful and the excitement was lasting.

We look 7 teenagers here and had a fantastic morning. The staff were fun, very experienced and added even more to the adrenalin filled rides. Highly recommend this place.

We are regular visitors to Rotorua so were amazed that we hadn’t stumbled upon Velocity Valley before. We went as a family with teenagers and a 9 year old. We all had such a good time. The staff were friendly and lots of fun. The rides were great and there was something for everyone - the fearless and the not so fearless. We will be back again to do the rides we chickened out of.
