There were multiple tours occurring and we needed up in the wrong tour. Guide was a bit difficult to understand due to accent. They were nice. The pace was slow at first and then the end felt rushed. I would not recommend. I got more from going at my own pace and reading the signs.

The Doges Palace was very impressive; the guide was excellent and her knowledge was incredible . Even when we had to unexpectedly queue to enter the bridge of sighs she still had more than enough information to share and used all the extra time . She was obviously not expecting to queue and was very disappointed by this but she was very professional and gave us as much information as the time demanded without expecting us to just wait around.

Was a good tour through the Doges palace. Tour started like 20 mins late and then another 20 mins waiting in line (thought it was skip the line?)

My husband and i have done plenty of tours over the past couple of years with some great guides but our tour guide today, Claire, was the best by far.
She made it personal by memorising everyone's name and and involved everyone the whole time. Claire was fun, bubbly, full of knowledge and full of energy. You could see how passionate Claire was which made the tour even more special.
Thank you Claire for being such a fabulous guide.
We defiantly recommend this tour 😊

The Tour Guide Eliza was outstanding. Always making sure the group members special needs were completely taken care of. Several members, myself included, needed a slower pace especially with stairs and she ALWAYS made sure we were comfortable and waited for everyone to regroup before continuing. Eliza’s knowledge of the history and methods/practice at that time were complete and clearly explained. I would sign up for another tour with her any day. Thank you.

This is an excellent 3 hour tour for those who want to know more about the history of Venice, art in Venice and the antiquity mosaics in the Cathedral of St. Mark's. Our guide was excellent: knowledgable, personable, clear and articular. Even though April, the crowds were full in St. Mark's Square, so we were glad we were "skipping the line." We saw and learned so much. Our guide was very detailed about the Palace, the Doges, the art, the prison + Bridge of Sighs and the Cathedral construction and art.

We did the tour with three children under the age of 11 over Easter weekend. We had more negatives than positives to say about the tour if you are going as a family. The positives included the meeting spot being easy to find and our tour guide was super kind and looked to engage our children throughout the tour. The negatives included us still having to wait in line for 45 minutes with our 'skip the line' tickets, the audio on the headphones provided made it difficult to hear and the content of the tour within the Dogge was dull for children. If we could have a re-do, we would have elected to have done an alternative tour catered to children like the Dogges Prison tour.
