It was so nice to be able to ride a train through the Verde Canyon and see all the beautiful rocks and nature. The narrator on the train provided a lot of interesting facts. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The docent on the open car was so informative about the area. He was very knowledgeable & personable as well. I wish his commentary had been heard in the closed car. The scenery was amazing.

Departure was delayed by more than 90 minutes due to some mechanical issues. We had other plans later that evening and could not accept a 90 minute plus delay. We elected to cancel and get a refund.

Branden and Gary were great! Very friendly and tons of info to share the entire train ride. Only suggestion is it was a little too noisy. Music going the whole time, made it hard to hear info being provided, they had to yell over the music. Definitely couldn't hear the recorded info over the speakers. BTW it was my husband and I that went, that is not one of the options below.
