The worst Theme park I even been, People skipping queue, broken rides, closed rides, do not waste your money in such a horrible place.

We have visited numerous parks over the world. This one is the worst one so far.
- Poor Customer service. Based on previous reviews we have contacted their customer support in advance for advise with zero response, and yes about fifth of attraction was out of order.
- Scam Ticket office - At the ticket office you are being advised cheapest ticket is 85 USD even thou there is one for 55 online. Unless you ask for it you will be overcharged
- Poor security, local kids constantly skip the queue and cheat and security doesn't care.
- Staff looks very unhappy and depressed.
We have left after 2 hours. Worst theme park ever.

We had researched the place beforehand and thought it would be a fun experience akin to Euro Disney and Europa Park. But we then found out thay half the rides werent even working at the time, half of the heavy hitters were closed and were not marketed on anything online or at the park. This was tottaly uproffesional and ruined our whole day as we had already purchased their frankly too expensive tickets, Euro Disney is for 60 euros so 15 more then this but a much better experience overall

We had a long ride to reach there but unfortunately some main stations were closed for maintenance and there were no shows and activities at all, kids were so sad

Good theme Park - especially in October! It was so quiet almost empty so no queues and mild weather made for a great day out- enough to do with a 12yr and 13yr - plenty there also for little ones. Park is closed in November so very near the end of the season but worth the journey and cost

Arrived after our Turkish friend had brought tickets for us all online, to be asked for Turkish ID as the tickets purchased are for residents only.
She showed hers and argued that there is nothing written online to say this is for residents only.
Was then asked for DOUBLE the price on top of what we had already paid purely just for being foreign.
Absolute scam of a company and I would not recommend going there just for them to rip you off.
Our friend who is Turkish feels ashamed by the way this business is conducted and we instead have called the bank to cancel the transaction after being told we had to fill out a mere piece of paper to get a refund, which probably won't happen as they are untrustworthy already.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you are happy to be treated as if because you are foreign you can afford three times the price of locals.

The Theme Park itself is great, lots of options for kids and family. However, the admission/park entry process could use some work. They could also honor their package details: if you sell package (silver) or other deals that include snacks or food kind, customers don’t have yo come asking you for those things included in the package they spent hard earned money to buy, and go through all sort of questioning before they can have those coupons. They even told us that the package we bought was something advertised a year ago; if that was the case, then why were they still on their sites and other sites seeking their tickets?
