I booked a concert in Venice for June 2024,however after booking I realised it was the wrong date. I was told I would get a full refund. Two months on still no refund. Countless communications still no REFUND. Upon looking many other bad references regarding refunding.

Alma our tour guide was fantastic. She added so much energy and knowledge to our tour. We had such an amazing day in Tulum sight seeing, snorkeling with the turtles and swimming in the caves. One of my favorite tours.

Corrected review: Honest review: First of all, the team, including the driver Angel, tour guide Monse, and cameraman Rodrigo, were all very friendly and professional. They did their best to satisfy the visitors. However, I'm not recommending this tour for four reasons: 1. They advised in the additional notes to wear sunscreen at the hotel. However, before the snorkeling activity, you will be asked to wash it all off in the shower before stepping into the water. This caused my wife to get a severe sunburn, which affected our vacation. 2. The lunch provided at the end of the tour was awful, literally. It was at a local restaurant in the rainforest, which offered three tacos per person. The way they stored the food was unhealthy and unhygienic, plus the taste was not good either. Basically, I would rate the lunch 1 out of 5. 3. You will be asked not to bring anything yourself to the snorkeling location. Even towels and clothes must remain in the car. Surprisingly, we noticed other tours allowed their participants to bring belongings, including towels and clothes, to the snorkeling area. 4. You will be discouraged from bringing your phone because they want to charge you $60 USD at the end of the tour per family for photos. Of course, this is optional and not a mandatory cost. We chose not to be photographed during the tour. However, if your phone is waterproof, please do bring it and take your pictures. I would suggest reserving these kinds of tours in your resort lobby, as everyone will be picked up and dropped off at the same place, and you won't have the headache of circling around for other people's pickups and drop-offs.

The whole process from start to finish was great. Picked up in a nice air conditioned vehicle and taken into the jungle to do ATV and Zip Lining. The track was rough on the ATV ride and you couldn't really get and speed or sections to have a smooth drive. Went round in a lap a few times, but was long enough to pass half hour. The Zip Lining was great. Waiting a while in the holding area but was a great experience overall.

Our favorite part was swimming and navigating threw the under ground caves while viewing nature's beautiful stalactites. We also really enjoyed snorkeling where we were able to see many exotic fish, stingrays, and huge sea turtles. The guides were super awesome.

So much sea life was unexpected! Did not expect baby and mother (huge) turtles feeding swimming just a few feet under me! Huge stingrays, huge fish! The tour guides were all very informing and clear. My girl friend who doesn’t swim loved the entire trip. I’ve traveled to other countries and booked with Viator and noticed the people who accompany you on the trip always seem kind and well educated. The best I’ve found so far.
