VIP Lounge Access at Phuket Airport

Possibly the worst lounge we have ever been in. Where do we start? Lets6begin with the plus points. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Now the negatives…Had to stand for 5 minutes as it was full and not a seat to be had. The air conditioning was broken, they had put two large fans. We eventually managed to get two stools at the long tables and were greeted with signs saying ‘breakages will have to be paid for’ and another saying ‘no flights announcements’, very helpful and welcoming! We tried some snacks, sandwiches were dry and the cakes were like putty. Oh well I said to the wife, I need a glass of chilled red wine. It was served by another friendly member of staff. To my relief it came from an excellent vinegar factory, you couldn’t make it up. If a certain Irish cheap airline did lounges, this would be it. Don’t waste your £39 per person, just throw your money away!!!

I wanted to compliment Coral on one of their staff (Mr Don Weerachai) who introduced himself after we’d checked in and was very helpful in showing us where to get documents stamped for tax refunds, walked us through security and took us to the Coral lounge. A very useful service and great credit where it’s due. The service and facilities were excellent.

Located inside the Phuket International Airport at the international terminal, the Executive Lounge was very clean. I have received a very good service from the receptionist and lounge was also clean, tidy and pretty quiet. The Refreshment was fine - Bakery, Snack, Drinks and even a proper meal you may have before flight - Overall was good experience, thank you.

Terrible Coffee machine broken and they do not provide coffee A/C is broken Food , i could not remember i had worst food than this

Extremely poor value. This is the first lounge I’ve come across where you have to pay extra to get any alcoholic drink except beer !! I was hoping to be able to relax with a couple of G&Ts before flying. But not in this lounge - only the beer was in with the price. If I’d known this before going in I wouldn’t have paid to go in. So be aware. Food was ok. Staff were very helpful.

Little options available for food, no snacks really either. Fruit looked like it had had better days, as did the pastries. Place was clean, despite reading reviews which said otherwise. The staff continuously came out to clean the floor and tables. All in all, wouldn’t return. Was a lot to pay for couple of drinks. Burger King across from lounge was good though :-)

Very Disappointed with the size of the lounge very cramped. I nearly missed my flight as the information on the screen didn't show that the gate was open and boarding. Disappointed that staff didn't notify me as they look at you pass on entry. Lucky I went out of lounge to investigate or I would have missed my flight.

Awful - a complete waste of money! Filthy tables and chairs! Not a lot of choice of drink and food! I had a coffee which was barely warm!

The lounge has comfortable seating and good choice of food. You can also enjoy the aircraft departure and landing through the big window in the lounge. The staff makes you feel welcome and the service was excellent. Its a great escape from the cold seats outside in the main airport.

Horrendous. Good quality is poor and choice is limited. My dog would have at least got a feed of he was with me. Although he'd probably turn his nose up at it. Hot food choice included chicken with rice, boiled chicken, boiled rice, or some cold fish. There was a soup that looked like grease - chicken grease that is. There was some almost not stale sandwiches I guess. Someone came in and gave my partner a neck massage which was a highlight. Then promptly left without offering one to anyone else in the lounge, including me. No toilet or shower facilities. The cask wine was pretty average too, if I'm being generous. I wish I could say at least it was quiet, but nope, screaming baby. At least this was not the fault of the lounge. Avoid.
