When I booked this tour I was looking for a more memorable experience than the norm. I definitely was not disappointed. Our guide George was knowledgeable, a pleasure to be with and just as accommodating as possible. I would definitely recommend George ( the guide) and the Tuk Tuk tour format for its uniqueness and the personalized experience it provides. — Hope to see them grow into new locations and cities.

I feel so awful saying this because people make a living providing this service but if I’m being honest if it’s raining it’s probably not the best idea. They did such a great job covering the vehicle so you stay dry with the plastic zip tarps but unfortunately with the beaded rain drops you can barely see out of it. My driver was very nice and did a good job explaining the sites but without being able to see it was just not worth it to me. It was also very congested on the roads and you are driving right along next to busses and fast moving cabs/cars so in wet weather I didn’t feel very safe in the vehicle at all. Again not their fault but just making it a bad idea in the rain. It was also so frustrating finding the meeting place. I gave the address to my taxi driver and he just dropped me and told me to walk across the street but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. They definitely need a better meeting place and more signage. It took me 20 minutes to find them and several email & phone calls. That was stressful as well. They were very nice and waited to find me. If I rate customer service and friendly staff and nice vehicle I’d give it 5 stars but if I’m rating a $174 tour in the rain it gets a 2. If it were a sunny day with the tarps off it’s likely a great time and I’d give it a 5 but save for a dry day.

Highly recommend! We had booked this for pretty much as soon as we landed in Barcelona with the idea of getting an idea of where to go back to and some information on the sights and that it exactly what we got! The guides were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had with ease. There were also blankets provided which we were grateful for!
