Weight Restrictions: Due to FAA regulations, all passengers must be weighed at check-in. For each single passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, combined weights of 420 lbs per couple or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 200lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at time of booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.
It is recommended that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour
Flight routes & sights may vary due to weather.
Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT AIR MAUI IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat.
Please contact Air Maui directly for your check in and departure time at least 72 hours prior to your flight!
Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin with 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.
No bags. This includes purses, fanny pack, backpack, etc.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 3 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability

Our ride started out great, smooth takeoff and flying. Within a few minutes our pilot found out visibility over Molokai was zero due to storm. We went back to the helioport and smoothly landed. Our flight was rebooked for Sunday morning, weather will determine if we go then. Friendly staff and nice helicopter.

This was our first helicopter ride & it was great. Vince the pilot has great commentary and works hard to make sure everyone gets to see these awesome sights.
Be honest & give your correct weight to the flight office. Also make sure you understand the courtesy seat before you book.

Their customer service is prompt, they are on time. Great experience overall. Beautiful cliffs of Molokai, but I wish they had covered more of west Maui.
For parking you need to pay, and the parking ticket vending machine is old, it would take 2-3 attempts to figure out how it works.

Had an amazing time..
The only thing I was not counting on was their gonna be another party with us..and wasn't happy with that.
