Our tour guide Jeff was very knowledgeable and willingly answered any questions we had. Brian our bus driver was fantastic, slowing the bus down when he could so we could see the wildlife. We covered all places listed on the itinerary and more. All accommodation was good and easily accessible to the townships. A great way to see the Canadian Rockies.

Very happy to recommend this company and this tour. You see a lot in the few days. Tour Director Geoff was very good and knowledgable and driver Brian was excellent. Accomodation was comfortable and everything went to plan - no problems. Cristina in the office gave clear information and advice. As for the scenery you will see on this tour well it is absolutely stunning.

It was such a great experience. We saw some amazing scenery on the way to Jasper, and of course, in that and Banff national parks. The itinerary was brilliantly devised, and our guide Brad was intelligent, witty, and very knowledgeable. We were lucky with the weather, too. Key West is such a good company, and it was one of the finest trips I've ever experienced (I have been on many!). I cannot recommend this company strongly enough.

Our family had a blast with Andrew and Jeff, our driver and tour director. They were caring and attended to all our needs; Jeff is a very experience guide and shared many interesting information along the way and Andrew was always on a look out for wild animals that he could show us, extremely careful driver and comfortable (Zzzz...) with him behind the wheel. What a great way to enjoy the PNW after our daughter's graduation in UW!.. Thank you, Key West for making this trip so memorable and enjoyable for our family all the way from Singapore. Cristina, our tour coordinator was especially helpful with my inquiries and answers all my inquiries so promptly and accurately. She is polite, kind and very customer orientated and even engage us at a personal level and we enjoyed our interactions with her. Thank you, Key West Tours! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a great experience at the Canadian Rockies. The Goh Family (Singapore)

We took a chance on this tour and were not disappointed. Even though it was "full on", and quite tiring, we enjoyed every minute of it. Our Tour director Jett Kurta, was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw everything!

Starting with the tour bus. There were only 19 of us, so it was fantastic to be able to hop among the empty seats for photo ops. Seats were fine (though a bit tight). Bus has a washroom & came with a flashing tiolet; a 5 stars for me, but my excitement was short lived. Few hours into the trip I found it locked. When asked, the bus driver said he locked the washroom claiming it smell. I was the last person to use it & it was clean & no smell. So beware if bus tiolet is a must for you. The tour itself was great. The tour director, Brad was an interesting fellow. He was professional & an expect in his field. Due to the small size of the group & that everyone were on time, he added extras to the bucket list outside of the iternary & we still arrived to Jasper & Banff ahead of schedule. That exceeded our expectation! Brad watched over his group out in the field like a towering mother goose and he'd disappeared & appeared suddenly from out of no where, so you wouldn't get lost with him for sure, lol. The ability to experience the majestic mountains between Jasper & Baniff, and getting at least 4 miles hikes/per day beat whatever the Rookies Mountainneer has to offer. A great tour leader is what make or break a tour & I believe Brad is a great asset to have in any tours. As for Jasper, it is a quaint town. The Jasper Inn we stayed in felt like a motel, but it was clean, had a living room, a fully stocked kitchenette, a very comfortable bed/pillows, & a patio where we saw Elks right outside. No air con though, so fair warning. Hotel breakfast was well organized & surprisingly good as well as coffee. Baniff, on the other hand, is a highly commercialized town with tons of shops & restaurants. Block Kitchen hss fantastic food & drinks. The Baniff hotel we stayed in was modernized & had central air con - a big plus, but the rooms layout left much to be desired. Hotel breakfast was poorly organized (no fault of the tour, food & coffee not great either. Not a deal breaker for us though. The bus that took us to Calgary on our last leg was newer & spacious with much nicer seats. Driver was right on time & he was nice & funny. We were the first to get pickup & first to get drop off at the Fairmont after a 2 1/2 ride with little traffic. We were extremely fortunate with the weather, like everyone said the Canadian rookies are breathtaking and surreal. Mt. Robson is unforgettable. Lastly, I want to acknowledge Cristina, the backbone of Keywest. She gave customers, like me, complete faith in choosing Keywest. This is not a cheap tour per say & paying upfront sight unseen was a bit nerves racking, but the highly responsive & detailed Cristina made every thing seemed like a breeze!

Excellent tour director and bus driver. Tour director knew area well and took us to all nooks and crannies other buses didn’t go. We beat the crowds by going to popular place early or late in the day.
