Itinerary

Stop At: Local Travel Planner, 30 Pitt St, Sydney, New South Wales 2000 Australia
The experience begins when a friendly guide greets you at the meeting point. You'll be part of a small group of no more than 11 travellers aboard a comfortable minibus that takes you south out of the city along the beaches of Botany Bay and through the Royal National Park. First stop is Bald Hill Lookout, a popular launch site for hang gliders and para gliders, which affords sweeping views of the Illawarra coastline and the famous Sea Cliff Bridge.
After the break it's just a few minutes drive to the family-run Symbio Wildlife Park which is active in koala conservation. Here you'll find out everything you ever wanted to know about these fascinating marsupials during a private koala experience with a keeper. Snap the ultimate selfie - just you and a koala. You’ll also be able to hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies and get up close to other native Australian wildlife.
Next you'll meander along the Grand Pacific Drive traversing the Sea Cliff Bridge as it sweeps out over the ocean, well clear of the crumbling cliffs to which the old highway clung. You’ll continue to follow the scenic coastline to a golden beach where you’ll enjoy lunch in a café popular with locals with views out over the ocean. Bring your swimmers for a dip if the sun is out!
In the afternoon you’ll head up through temperate rainforest into the Southern Highlands. An easy hike leads to viewpoints that take in the spectacular sandstone gorges and towering waterfalls of the Morton National Park.
Finally, you’ll drive along country roads to a boutique winery to sample locally-produced, cool climate wine before returning to Sydney. Arrival back at Circular Quay is around 6:30pm.

The whole experience was carefully curated. I didn’t feel rushed and we had plenty of time to explore and enjoy at each stop. Lunch was also quite delicious and the spot was beautiful!
The tour guides were exceptional! Very charismatic, friendly, and full of great info.
Even though we had a bit of rain for part of our tour, we didn’t miss a beat. And the guides came prepared with some spare umbrellas and sweaters.
*I had missed the departure time the day before and the company was able to move me to the next day tour. Now, I’m sure this was possible due to spots being open. Either way, I greatly appreciated that.
Also, fair warning, the first leg of the drive is full of winding roads. If you are susceptible to motion sickness, I suggest taking something before hand.

DO NOT MISS THIS TOUR! Wow wow wow for the wildlife the waterfall and the wine! It was all so good, I can’t even say which part was my favorite! Steve was perfection in a tour guide, he was born and raised here so his insight and knowledge of everything was incredible. The timing of the day was relaxed and easy, truly enough time to soak in each experience. See our pics for how much we loved the three Ws!!! Thank you Steve!

This was an absolutely amazing trip which really has something for everyone. I booked it for my daughter’s 20th birthday and it really didn’t disappoint. Steve, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and made the day fun and exciting. From cuddling koalas and kangaroos, to lunch on a beautiful beach, walking to spectacular waterfalls and then wine tasting-the trip has it all. It is honestly the best day trip I have ever been on and I would thoroughly recommend this to everyone.

We had a fantastic day with Steve, he was very charismatic and planned an amazing tour for us. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the area and local wildlife and he always had some great stories which also contributed to our great day. Could not recommend it enough! We were extremely close to the koalas and the kangaroos and getting to the wildlife park before it opened to the public made our experience exponentially better! The wine and cheese tasting at the most beautiful winery was a perfect end to the day.

Rohan was an excellent tour guide. Knowledgeable, prompt, and organized.
Loved the lookout at bald Hill and the scenic Highway. Seeing koalas up close and feeding the Kangaroos was pretty amazing.
The walk up to view Fitzroy Falls was lovely and the drive to Centennial Winery by way of Macquarie pass and Robertson was Spectacular.
Be prepared for a long day
