It was clean and the staff was nice, but there was not much food available. Rice, pasta in pesto sauce, steamed vegetables. “Buttered Chicken” but it was empty and not replaced in the 90 minutes I was there. Hard cookies in a jar, pretzels.

Of all the lounges we have experienced throughout the years, this one is the worst and does not worth what people pay to get in.
The food is awful. Stale. The pop machine gives flat drinks. the seating arrangement makes it difficult to move from one place to another. Staff does not clear your plates and drinks fast, we waited one hour for someone to show up and pick our empty dishes away. What seems to be the plus for some passengers is the free booze. People line up at the bar for a beer or a glass of wine. We saw some people getting up to 4 full glasses while we were there. People should not be allowed to board a plane with so much alcohol in their system. And we believe that there is no washroom in this lounge. Stay away and do not waste your money!

Great service and excellent food. Servers at the bar were quick. Chef brought out fresh pizza and other foods every half hour. Great selection of food and drinks.
For a Winnipeg lounge is was great.

I’m not sure why anyone would actually pay to get in here. We had free vouchers from Westjet but the service was horrible. The two women working were more interested in their computer than serving guests

A first for me, visiting a bar in the airport lounge that had no beer - seriously. Even though the lounge is surrounded by bars and restaurants that have all sorts of beer; this lounge thought it was a reasonable response to tell me they had none. Worse - when i voiced my dissatisfaction via email - no response either. Clearly they don’t need customers either... Food was minimal, no veggie option but my low rating was based purely on their (non) beer and general attitude about it.
