Eliu was our guide/host and we really enjoyed our short time in Roatan because of him. He took our personal requests for how to spend our time and didn't just take us through some sort of structured "stop by stop" tour. The ziplining was a highlight for all of my kids - they were encouraged to flip, spin, swing, jump, go upside down, etc. and everyone loved every bit of it. We'll book this exact outing again if we ever make it back to Roatan.

Samuel was an amazing tour guide. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants to design their tour. Zip Line: The views were breathtaking, and the long zips provided an adrenaline rush. Chocolate Factory: We learned about rare cacao beans, the chocolate-making process, and the health benefits of cacao. Plus, we sampled their delicious chocolate! Lunch: Lunch by the water with amazing local food. This excursion combined adventure, wildlife, and chocolate, making it an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker, a sloth enthusiast, or a chocolate lover, Roatan has it all! 🌿

Samuel was an excellent tour guide. He was prompt, polite and his vehicle was a newer model and clean. Samuel was very understanding when my youngest decided against Zip lining and spent time educating us on Roatan while my husband and other daughter zip lined. We loved the sloths and monkeys. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I can’t say enough. USE THIS MAN! We had THE PERFECT DAY my grandsons words. I will never use another. We couldn’t find the exact excursion we wanted I reached out he did it at a fantastic price. Jimmy your talking in the van we learned so much about your beautiful island. Samuel working with you was amazing.. Thank you so much for the memories of a lifetime.

Samuel was the best host we could ask for. Our group of 5 was picked up at the port and driven to the zipline (17!!) and to the sloth/monkey part. The two parts of the trip were great, but wait- there’s more. We had a nice tour of this part of Roatan, and were also able to check out other interests on the way back to port- ice cream, coffee roasting, and chocolate tour. We were driven around in a great vehicle with great confidence (very glad to not drive there myself), learned a lot, laughed a lot. Can not recommend more highly!

We had such a great time in Roatan! Samuel was a great guide. He was very accommodating and there to help us enjoy the island. He was great at communicating before our trip, which made me more comfortable as we were meeting him off our cruise ship. The ziplining was awesome and those running the ziplines were fun. They encouraged us to jump, spin, go upside down or just sit and zip, if that's what we were comfortable with. We all had a great time on the zips! The animal section was quite busy, but it was so fun when it was our turn to see the animals. Samuel took us to the rum factory and brought us to a great restaurant as well. The other part of our family wanted to snorkel and he helped them be able to do exactly what they wanted. They chose a public beach on the west side and they came back having a great experience as well. I highly recommend this tour!

Samual reached out as soon as we booked our activities with him and stayed in contact until we made personal contact with him on the island. Samual was very accommodating to my family pointing out highlights of the island as we drove to our first activity. The zip line we booked through Samuel was filled with fun. You have personal guides from the top all the way to the bottom on multiple lines. Our guides had a great sense of humor and a lot of personality that made this our family’s favorite zip line park to date. Samuel also took us around to Bad Ass Java along with a stop at the rum cake factory and also the chocolate shop. Personalized service the whole day we will absolutely use Rotan Personalized Tours on our next visit.

We booked with Samuel to go for the day when we were in port in Roatan. As soon as we booked, he was in contact with us to make sure we could get the most out of our day. Ok our cruise line changed the date of our day in Roatan the week before we travelled and Samuel quickly accommodated the change in schedule. He met us off the ship and we immediately got started with our day exploring Roatan. We started with going ziplining at Jungle Top Zipline where we were also able to see local animals is a wildlife refuge and have a delicious lunch. This was followed by some sightseeing around the island, visiting a local chocolate factory and coffee shop before heading to West Bay beach to relax until we had to go back to the ship. Samuel stayed with us the whole time and was a great tour guide, giving information about the island and Honduras. If you're looking for a local guide to help make sure you truly experience Roatan, Samuel is your guy.

This was the best tour I have ever been on! If you’re looking for an awesome day, these are the guys for you! The price was very reasonable, and they personalize the trip for you every step of the way. Samuel and Edder picked us up at the port, a short walk from the main pickup area, and were waiting for us with a personalized sign. The van was spacious and clean, and the A/C was nice and cold. We went to a sloth and monkey exhibit (lots of other animals too) plus a chocolate factory, rum factory, and lots of little shops and other stops along the way. We went to a local coffee shop and got to see how they make the coffee from the beans that are grown on the islands. They gave us awesome suggestions and went above and beyond to make the trip special for us. They took plenty of pictures for us, and stopped at a bunch of cool spots to check out. We really enjoyed our time there and definitely got the most out of the day with them. They even offered to take us for local food and to the beach. I can’t wait to go back and do even more! They offer a ton of other activities as well, snorkeling, fishing etc, we will definitely be booking with them again when we come back to the island.
