Bruno our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with tips to improve our stay. He was patient, friendly and thoughtful and took the time to speak to all passengers .The coach was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all aspects of the trip which was very walkable. We were lucky to have good weather. Would recommend the boat trip on the Lake and the Lindt Factory visit was impressive. It was interesting to learn about chocolate production and the history of the company. Brief stop off gave us an excellent view of the City. Would certainly recommend this trip as it had several different elements to it and covered a lot in the time.

Anji was our tour guide. She spoke several languages very fluently. She answered many questions. She kept telling us all the things we could do after the tour or another day. We were given a 24 hour public transportation ticket as part of the tour. She helps figure them out. She knew a lot about the city and was very kind and clear when she spoke. I enjoyed the boat ride in the lake. Very peaceful and beautiful. The Lindt museum was fun. Of course the tasting room was the best. The smell in there was amazing!

What an incredible experience. Kie was our guide and we had a small group of 8. He said it could be 80. Weather at the Top of Europe was good with blue skies. We could see the cloud layers below us. Kie said we were very lucky to have such a good view. Kie does take charge and knows exactly how and when to get the photos you want. I suggest you go with the flow and enjoy it. We have a ton of photos that he took for us on my phone. (I also have a separate Cannon 40x and got a ton of photos myself with that.) If you get the chance, do this one, it is somewhat expensive, but worth it, definitely a once in a lifetime. We are from Colorado and we have many higher peaks, but the train ride up, how close you get to the peak, is the most spectacular view you can imagine. Ice palace was very creatively and you do get to walk up the snow bank for more views. We also saw many beautiful waterfalls along the way. Food was good and reasonable for the location. We spent $35 each for food and a beer and another $35 each on souvenirs. Bus was very comfortable and in great shape.

This tour was provided by the Best Switzerland Tour. They are organized, and I love that they are punctual. Our tour guide's name is Franciska. She was the epitome of a great tour guide, being direct and able to manage 45 or more guests. I appreciate the fact that she tries very hard to provide all the necessary information in a short amount of time. My friends and I enjoyed the tour, and we extend our birthday greetings to our tour guide. May she continue to be a good ambassador of this beautiful city.

The day started raining. It was alright we were in the bus driving around Zurich. When the rain stopped, Bruno walked us around Old Town. Then he took us for the cruise to go to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. He was giving us very detailed instructions and options how we can go back to town. Bruno did a great job showing us the highlights of Zurich. He is very knowledgeable and patient to everyone.
