Join us as we travel 1270 metres above sea level to experience spectacular views over Hobart and southern Tasmania. The 2.5 hr return tour includes 30 minutes to take in the views from the lookouts and observation shelter at the summit. Buses depart daily from Hobart’s waterfront. OR, if you’re looking for a little more adventure, you have the option to hop-on and hop-off at 5 Wellington Park bus stops where you’ll find a variety of alpine walking tracks to explore. Next, we'll venture to the renowned Salamanca Market, available on Saturdays only. After exploring the market, we will continue our journey through the scenic Coal River Valley wine region. Along the way, we will quickly stop at the acclaimed Wicked Cheese. Then, we will proceed to the historic township of Richmond, which is rich in convict history. Richmond is home to numerous charming eateries, making it the perfect spot for our lunch break. To conclude our adventure-filled day, we'll visit the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. Get up close and personal with the kangaroos and other native wildlife. Don't miss the chance to witness the famous Tasmanian Devil.
