Become a ninja in Tokyo An amazing ninja experience for kids and for the whole family for Tokyo visitors. A unique ninja treasure hunt experience.
Learn the history of traditional shinobi traditions with roots that can be traced back more than 490 years.
Our clan is the only ninja clan lasting in Japan whose ancestors served the Tokugawa Shogunate for 265 years.
In 1868 they became independent so they could continue to keep their identity as shinobi. We focus on introducing our shinobi-samurai principles handed down by our ancestors.
With this workshop, you can learn the authentic way of shinobi weapon handling and techniques such as shuriken (ninja star) throwing at a real dojo. At the same time, you'll gain historical insight into both ninja and samurai traditions.
Our workshop is for those who want to know more than just have fun. So, we think it's important to provide a reliable interpreter/trainer with specialty knowledge. Our licensed interpreter/trainer(s) will give you top-notch, real-time interpretation.
Professional Swordsmans will train you
Every person who hasn't no idea about Japanese swordsmanhop will be welcomed. Skilled Teacher will give you the interesting and hands-on sword experience.

Curious about the Japanese national sport "sumo"? Don't miss your chance to meet and interact with real sumo wrestlers! Learn about the behind-the-scene stories and daily lives of sumo wrestlers while enjoying " Sukiyaki” and "Chanko" (Sumohouse-style hotpot soup). Take the rare opportunity and try wrestling with retired sumo wrestlers.

The samurai code of conduct is called bushido. This experience will introduce you to Iaido, the predominant swordsmanship style practiced by Samurai for more than six centuries, which revolves around the swift and controlled sword drawing to respond to any sudden attacks.
From the controlled drawing of the sword, to deftly striking an opponent, and placing the sword back into the scabbard, all are significant components of Iaido.
Discover the true essence of Iaido by learning from a master, and get to slash a cardboard dummy with a sword. Admire the master's skill up close by watching his demonstration. As you go through the process, you will feel the sense of courtesy and discipline that are samurai values.
Your experience will take place at International Iaido Organization HOGYOKUKAI, the largest organization that teaches Mugai Ryu. Learn directly from the masters!

Kenbu, literally meaning 'sword dance' is one of Japanese traditional performing arts that shows the samurai's culture and the spirituality with a Katana sword and a folding fan.
Samurai Kenbu Theater, a dojo (training gym) of Kenbu, offers both Kenbu show and lesson programs for Kyoto visitors. You can learn about, and practice, some aspects of the etiquette of samurai classes with a chance to try on a traditional costume as well as a show performed by Kenbu Masters. Here is your chance to step into the shoes of samurai and experience the cultural heritage of Japan!
Some people are surprised that the sword they hold for the first time is surprisingly heavy!
