Kubota Liquor Store is a long-established liquor store that was founded in 1914 (Taisho 3), and is the first place you should visit if you want to buy Fukui's local sake in Sabae. Here guests will get to taste locally made sakes in special lacquered glasses.
Guests can try junmai sake, daiginjo sake, or both depending on the plan. Glasses for junmai sake have a wide opening so that you can enjoy the full flavor of junmai sake, whereas glasses for daiginjo sake have a slightly narrower opening to trap the aroma and has depth to its shape which is its characteristic.
This experience is perfect for those who love sake as they will get in try local sake in a unique way.
Please join us on a tour of Osakan foods, ranging from yakitori, kushikatsu, yakiniku, karage, soba, vegan options too.
Throughout the tour we try Yakitori (Japan’s tasty skewers), Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers), seasonal seafood, Takoyaki (piping hot octopus balls), Karaage (tasty deep-fried chicken), and Tempura (lightly battered savory treats). Please note that some restaurants take a day off during the week, so not all of the above items are available depending on the day.
Afterward, try some takoyaki and see where the locals eat and drink. From there, we head to some unique, cool bars and hangouts.
Enjoy a selection of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages including Shochu, ChuHai, highballs, beer, sake, or whiskey.
The last stop is a dive bar(speakeasy) or whatever I feel

First, read the pamphlet and learn about the culture and history of sake and delicacies. After that, you will choose three types of sake from all over the country. Next, choose three delicacies that have been popular in Japan since ancient times. Then have them eat and drink and compare the tastes. You can drink a little at a time, so even those who don't like alcohol can participate. The staff will take photos of your memories, so you can share them on your way home.

Discover the food, history, and culture of the world’s biggest fish market in Tokyo! On this 3-hour food tour, you will enjoy a variety of food specialties the market has to offer.
- Experience the sights, operations & flavors of the old and new markets, Tsukiji and Toyosu. We will not let you be overwhelmed by 500+ fish dealers!
- Taste mouth-watering fresh seafood (e.g. fatty tuna), pork dumplings, other local specialties at very selected food vendors in the outer market.
- Journey through the fish markets in a small group while seeing various types of fish that you have never seen before.
Note: We are not allowed to enter the wholesale market in the newly built Toyosu market. The food tastings are served in the old Tsukiji outer market.

Experience the local bars of Tokyo's Ueno, Shinbashi, or Ikebukuro neighborhoods like a local and experience a side to Tokyo that visitors rarely see on this 2-hour tour. With a local guide, visit two traditional izakayas, small, local bars that serve drinks and small plates of Japanese food. Sample typical drinks and cuisine and perhaps get to know a few regulars.
The Fushimi district is not about the famous "Fushimi Inari" and its thousand gates.
It is about learning more about one of the most significant moments in Japanese history and exploring an area in Kyoto that hasn't been conquered by international travelers and still keeps its authenticity and reflects an amazing local vibe just a few minutes away from Kyoto station.

Of the five major alcoholic drinks the Japanese may enjoy, you will be introduced to Japanese whiskies, wines, plums wines and sakes. Beers will be a see through from the highways and Shochu will be bypassed as they are distilled more in Southern Japan rather than in the Yamanashi prefecture.
You will be visiting the closest whisky distillery to Tokyo, 130km away from central Tokyo and then be venturing back to see the Japanese wineries, Japanese sake refineries and tasting the only liquor that can be distilled at home, the plum wines.
Lunch on the way back after trying whiskey at a local authentic Hoto lunch place with a view of Mount Fuji and a stint in a Japanese mountain side onsen will help balance out your alcohol consumption with a picturesque view of Mount Fuji.
* this tour is an alcohol based tour. Minimum age is 20. Children/Youth can join the tour but they will be prohibited from consuming alcohol content. There may be other restrictions imposed by the distilleries.

VEHICLE
We will arrange car for you based on the number of people in your group (maximum of 9 people). Our available cars are Land Rover Discovery, Toyota Alphard, HIACE and Grand Cabin.
DRIVER
The driver will drive and walk with you at most sites. However, there are some sites the driver cannot join you due to following reasons:
1.) some drivers need to take a rest/break at least 1 site during the tour
2.) when the parking lot is full especially during peak seasons
3.) where it is difficult to park/too pricy to park ...
REMARKS
a.) You can always amend the itinerary even while traveling with the driver on the day
b.) Extra charge will be applied for over time service, picking-up/dropping-off at Kansai International Airport (KIX)
