As we move through the valley, your senses will be stimulated by picturesque mountain views, breath taking landscapes and fresh mountain air as you anticipate exploring the trails that lie from Brisbane to the unique wine trails of Mt Tamborine.
This will be a unique opportunity to pleasure your senses by tasting a hand-picked selection of wines produced by seasoned wine makers and award-winning boutique wineries along the way.
We will make stops at a number of family-run wineries where you can excite your palates with guided tastings of between 6-10 varieties of wine at each Venue. A Gourmet 2 Course Lunch is provided from an award winning chef.
This tour also includes a tasting at the Mt Tamborine Distillery and time to shop and taste gourmet fudge along the Gallery Walk.
Experience luxury with a private helicopter flight over Brisbane before landing in true VIP style at Sirromet. Located at the picturesque Mount Cotton, upon landing you'll be picked up driven a short distance to the vineyard where you'll have two hours to explore and unwind. You will work with the Winemaker or Group Sommelier to blend up your own bottle of wine. You will learn about the various elements that goes into blending a bottle of wine, things like whole bunch, pressings and half-whole bunch and the art of getting the mix right. You get to bottle and seal your own unique blend, label it, and have it signed by the winemaker! A fun, yet informative session that combines wine tasting with wine making principles.
