After putting aside the history we’ll finish the tour at a really cosy, gourmet restaurant where you'll get to taste different, mouth-watering, chef made tapas, local drinks and a really special and traditional liquor quite involved with the history of the city. To start with, I will prepare some Spanish tapas and together we will prepare an authentic sangria, of course there will also be wine, beer, summer red, soft drinks, etc ... We will start preparing the tortilla and finally paella. Traditional Paella because i am from Valencia!!; during the preparation we will enjoy the aperitif and a good conversation where I will explain step by step and I will reveal all the secrets so that a delicious and authentic Valencian paella comes out. Leaving Madrid at 3:00 pm, we’ll drive for around an hour to Segovia. A brief walking tour through the old city to admire the Roman Aqueduct, the inside of the Gothic Cathedral and a guided visit the outside of the Alcazar fortress, one of the most spectacular castles in Spain. until the return time.
