There’s no fun in doing this solo, so we have a minimum of two passengers, and can accommodate large groups. Perfect for staff parties or just a way to celebrate a birthday with your best mates. Yes, you can bring roadies (or ‘airies’, as they should be called in flight!), and there’s no limit on drinks at each venue. However, we do ask that you keep in mind not to get too rowdy, as drunk passengers and flying machines don’t mix well. Each stop is approximately 45min, with 1.5hrs for lunch. You will work with the Winemaker or Group Sommelier to blend up your own bottle of wine. You will learn about the various elements that goes into blending a bottle of wine, things like whole bunch, pressings and half-whole bunch and the art of getting the mix right. You get to bottle and seal your own unique blend, label it, and have it signed by the winemaker! A fun, yet informative session that combines wine tasting with wine making principles.

Sirromet, a family owned and run winery, just a short drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast incorporates state of the art facilities, exquisite dining, wine tours, tastings and a year-round calendar of entertainment. The Sirromet story began when owner Terry Morris was in Victoria attending a dinner party with friends. Terry mentioned that he had tried a great wine from Queensland’s Granite Belt to which his Victorian friends laughed and said “There’s no such thing as a great wine from Queensland.” This was the spark that Terry needed to create his vision for Sirromet, choosing land in the Granite Belt Region, providing the perfect location for growing grapes and in 2000, the cellar doors swung open to the public.
