If you’ve never climbed before, this 4-hour introductory course is the ideal way to get yourself started! You will learn: top rope climbing, belay techniques, safety measures, how to use equipment and basic climbing techniques.
Situated on the beautiful Anglesey coastline with breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. We meet near Trearddur bay where the BMA staff will be ready and waiting with a dry wetsuit and life jackets to keep you afloat through those rolling waves. After a short walk and safety brief we descend down to the water’s edge, hugging the amazing rock formations on the way down. Once there and a compulsory dunk in the sea we start our traverse around the famous Welsh coastline.
With several jumps and duck dives along the way you soon become comfortable in this nature-filled habitat. Our guides will be able to offer geological and wildlife knowledge along the way, as well as making you feel safe and sound. With jellyfish, seals and other wonders, your eyes will be strained from all of the incredible sights. We have an epic cave for you to discover which displays the amazing force of mother nature, our exit is through a narrow gap which brings us back out onto our wave beaten coastline.

Our intermediate climb involves approximately 3hrs of climbing steel ladder rungs and crossing 6 bridges next to a spectacular waterfall and finishes with approximatley 45 minutes walk down a mountainside trail. This tour is perfect for active adventurers who love the exploring outdoors, waterfalls and beautiful places. You will be climbing next to vertical waterfalls and being happy with heights helps! Coasteering is a nature adventure sport activity that consists on exploring the coast, over the caves and sea by swimming, climbing, jumping and hiking. You also will have the opportunity to use snorkeling equipment (depending on the water visibility). During the tour the guide will pictures and videos and send them to you. This tour allows you to explore remote places where you can just acess doing coasteering! We would love to show you the coast of the Algarve and the Vicentine Coast National Park in a different way.
